Most Otto's crew members work 5-day shifts Monday through Friday with typical hours of 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Some employees have the option of a “4 on, 3 off” schedule, which is 4 complete days of work a week.
Night crews usually leave the shop at 7:00 (?) PM and return early the next morning.
Travel crews leave the state for the completion of jobs throughout the U.S. , but they also work within Indiana the majority of the time.
